The Holy Rosary

I unite with all the Angels and Saints in Heaven, with all the just on earth, and with all the faithful here present. I unite with Thee, O my Jesus, in order to praise worthily Thy holy Mother, and to praise Thee in her and through her. I renounce all the distractions that I may have during this Rosary, which I wish to say with modesty, attention, and devotion, just as if it were to be the last of my life.

We offer Thee, O most Holy Trinity, this Creed in honor of all the mysteries of our Faith; this Our Father, and these three Hail Marys in honor of the unity of Thy Essence and the Trinity of Thy Persons. We ask of Thee a lively faith, a firm hope, and an ardent charity. Amen.

At this time, mention your particular intentions for this Rosary (thanksgiving, reparation, petition) "..and that we may always retain our most precious Catholic Faith, practice it fervently, and die for it if necessary, we humbly pray..."

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee. Blessed art Thou amongst women, and blessed is the Fruit of Thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

O my God, I firmly believe that Thou art One God in Three Divine Persons -- the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. I believe that Thy Divine Son became man and died for our sins, and that He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe these and all the truths which the Holy Catholic Church teaches, because Thou hast revealed them, Who canst neither deceive nor be deceived.

Hail Mary... Holy Mother Mary, please grant us an increase in the virtue of Hope.

O my God, relying on Thy almighty power, and infinite mercy and promises, I hope to obtain the pardon of my sins, the help of Thy grace, and life everlasting, through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer.

Hail Mary... Holy Mother Mary, please grant us an increase in the virtue of true Charity, a deeper love of God; a greater love, respect, and consideration for one another.

O my God, I love Thee above all things with my whole heart and soul, because Thou art all good and worthy of all my love. I love my neighbor as myself for the love of Thee; I forgive all who have injured me, and I ask pardon of all whom I have injured.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be forever, unto ages of ages. Amen.

O God, Whose Only-begotten Son, by His Life, Death, and Resurrection, hast purchased for us the rewards of eternal life, grant, we beseech Thee, that meditating upon these Mysteries of the most Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, we may imitate what they contain, and obtain what they promise, through the same Christ Our Lord. The Annunciation We offer Thee, O Lord Jesus, this first decade in honor of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and Thine Incarnation in her womb; and we ask of Thee, through this Mystery and through her intercession, the grace of a profound humility. Amen. Our Father, ten Hail Marys, Glory Be to the Father... O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell; lead all souls to Heaven, especially those in most need of Thy mercy. 	1. The Agony in the Garden We offer Thee, O Lord Jesus, this sixth decade in honor of Thy bitter Agony in the Garden of Olives, and we ask of Thee, through this Mystery and through the intercession of Thy most Holy Mother Mary, the grace of true contrition for our sins. The Ascension We offer Thee, O Lord Jesus, this twelfth decade in honor of Thy triumphant Ascension into Heaven, and we ask of Thee through this Mystery, and through the intercession of Thy most Holy Mother Mary, an ardent desire for Heaven, our true home. The Assumption We offer Thee, O Lord Jesus, this fourteenth decade in honor of the Resurrection and triumphant Assumption of Thy most Holy Mother, body and soul , into Heaven, and we ask of Thee, through this Mystery and through her intercession, a tender devotion for so good a Mother. 5. The Coronation of the Blessed Virgin Mary We offer Thee, O Lord Jesus, this fifteenth decade in honor of the Coronation of Thy most Holy Mother as Queen of Heaven and Earth, and we ask of Thee through this Mystery, and through her intercession, for perseverance in grace, and a crown of glory hereafter. Amen.

The Litany of the Blessed Virgin Mary
Salve Regina Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope! To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious Advocate, thine eyes of mercy towards us; and after this, our exile, show unto the blessed Fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary! V. Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in the battle, be thou our safeguard against the malice and snares of the Devil. Rebuke him, O God, we humbly beseech Thee; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly host, cast into Hell Satan and all the evil spirits, who prowl about the world, seeking the ruin of souls. Amen. Prayer to St. Joseph after the Rosary To thee, O Blessed Joseph, we have recourse in our affliction; and having implored the help of thy thrice-holy Spouse, we now with hearts filled with confidence, earnestly beg thee also to take us under thy protection. By that charity wherewith thou wast united to the Immaculate Virgin, Mother of God, and by that fatherly love with which thou didst cherish the Child Jesus, we beseech thee and we humbly pray, thou thou wouldst look down with gracious eye upon that inheritance which Jesus Christ purchased by His Blood, and wilt assist in our need by thy power and strength. Defend, O most watchful Guardian of the Holy Family, the chosen offspring of Jesus Christ. Keep from us, O most loving Father, all blight of error and corruption. Aid us from on high, most valiant Defender, in this conflict with the powers of darkness. And even as of old, thou didst rescue the Child Jesus from the peril of His life, so now defend God's Holy Church from the snares of the enemy and from all adversity. Shield us ever under thy patronage, that following thine example and strengthened by thy help, we may live a holy life, die a happy death, and attain to everlasting bliss in Heaven. Amen.
TO THE QUEEN OF THE HOLY ROSARY O Queen of the most holy Rosary, in these times of brazen impiety, show again thy power, with the signs which accompanied thy victories of old, and from the throne where thou art seated, dispensing pardon and grace, in pity watch over the Church of thy Son, and every order of the clergy and laity, suffering in grievous warfare. Hasten, O most powerful destroyer of heresy, hasten the hour of mercy, seeing that the hour of judgment is daily challenged by innumerable offenses. Obtain for me, the lowest of men, kneeling suppliant in thy presence, the grace which may enable me to live a just life on earth, and reign with the just in Heaven, whilst with the faithful throughout the world, O Queen of the most holy Rosary, I salute thee and cry out: Queen of the most holy Rosary, pray for us!
